Policy regarding Mandatory Evacuation: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given we will refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid for the dates of the evacuation. We shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other US states or the world which prohibits you or your guests from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issue, and we will have no further liability. We strongly suggests that our guests obtain traveler's insurance but especially during months when there is a potential for inclement weather ( e.g. hurricane season).
Need more space for a larger party? Our rental next door has 4 bedrooms, four and half baths and with the sleeper sofa can accommodate up to 10 people. Also check out Stay St. Phillip, our property located just two blocks away. The property has three more rental units and can sleep up to 32 guests.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking..
About the Owner
Miki and husband Chuck moved to the Charleston area over 14 years ago. We both thoroughly enjoy spending time downtown and around the Charleston area. Chuck is originally from Florida and Miki from West Virginia. Previously to moving to Charleston, they spent 20 years in the Washington, DC area. Miki in the health care marketing and management industry and Chuck in the printing and marketing solutions industry. Wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the Metro area and the colder weather, we chose Charleston! Since moving here we have been involved with restoring , renovating and managing downtown properties. We love walking around the city looking at the various architectural designs of historical buildings, eating at the amazing restaurants, or taking in a festival or special event. On warm days you can find us on our boat with our two sons Ryan and Alec or at the beach. And of course, there are the Citadel football and basketball games. which we can't miss since Chuck is a graduate of the Citadel.
